Tiffany Miranda is on a musical mission to help more girls find their place in the industry that she loves.

Since December 2012, the founder of Girls Make Beats has been introducing professional DJs, music producers, and audio engineers to girls ages 7 through educational seminars, summer camps, and networking events.

Based in South Florida, Girls Make Beats also provides job creation opportunities worldwide through its online booking services and live events. The organization also offers internships at recording studios, as well as Pro Tools certifications.

“At the core, we serve as an outlet for girls to unite and collaborate within the music industry,” explains Miranda, who began her career as a recording artist who has appeared on American Idol, X-Factor, and Showtime at the Apollo before becoming a recording engineer and producer in Miami. Her clients include Rick Ross, DJ Khaled, Cool and Dre, Fat Joe, Zion y Lennox, among other notable stars.
